Making a complaint about a teacher

To make a complaint about a teacher to the Board, complete the Complaint Form and send it to the Board.

You are able to choose to make a complaint to the Board without sharing your name and contact details. If you choose not to provide your name and contact details to the Board, this may make it harder for the Board to deal with your complaint.
